Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition.
Free from damage or signs of wear.
Returned with original packaging where possible.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Used pet items or products that have been opened after delivery.
Gift cards.
Sale or discounted items unless faulty.
Personalised or custom items, if applicable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different option, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos where possible.

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
